2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Under data protection laws (such as the GDPR), we must have a legal basis to process your data. We use your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide Our Service: To generate your Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy deliverables and manage your premium subscriptions and token balances. (Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract)
• To Improve Our Product: To enhance our internal AI logic and platform features using strictly anonymized and aggregated datasets. (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest)
• Marketing & Communications: To send you updates and promotional offers, provided you have not opted out. (Legal Basis: Consent)

3. AI PROCESSING & SUB-PROCESSORS

We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to analyze your uploaded data and generate your GTM strategy.

• Strict Confidentiality: Your proprietary Pitch Deck data is not used to train the public models of these third-party AI providers. Your intellectual property remains yours.
• International Data Transfers: For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), any data transferred to the US for AI processing is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, this data is removed within 30 days.
• Pitch Decks & Generated Reports: Retained for as long as your account is active, after which they are securely deleted from our active servers.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We may also use analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics) to collect Technical Data and understand how users navigate our site. We take the security of your proprietary business data seriously. We implement industry-standard encryption, including SSL/TLS for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Your pitch decks and account data are stored securely on Hetzner Cloud servers located in the European Union.

Depending on your location (including the EU and UK), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access & Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data and an export of your generated GTM deliverables.
• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
• Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Restriction & Objection: You may ask us to restrict the processing of your data or object to certain processing (such as direct marketing).
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.
• Lodge a Complaint: EU users have the right to lodge a complaint with their local Data Protection Authority if they believe their rights have been violated.
